Jared Murnin joined the staff of the American Angus Association as regional manager
in the states of Texas and New Mexico, effective April 15, 2005.
A native of Montana, Murnin has a ranching background, coming from a commercial
cow-calf operation in Montana. He was active on the livestock judging team while
attending Colorado State University and graduated with bachelor’s degrees in
animal science and ag business.
Murnin served as the western field representative for the American Gelbvieh Association
before taking this position with the American Angus Association.
